No one knows who he or she is unless the one starts to take care of themselves and see what is right for them. Is this your work, your home, your sport, or clothing? Everything stands or falls that is good for YOU! Ask yourself these questions; 'Who am I? What do I want? What's good for me? What do I like? What do I like?'. Yet many people say 'I don't know what I like?' If we examine ourselves more deeply with each of these questions, beautiful things can arise and happen.

'STAY WITH YOURSELF AND MAKE SURE YOU LIKE AND LOVE YOURSELF'

Unfortunately, we are often too afraid of the judgments of others. But these judgments say more about them than about you. Once you figure that out, it's easier to answer the questions above.

Stay with yourself and make sure YOU like and love yourself. there is the

Believe in yourself and know that you can control your mind. Your mind is stronger than you think and has a lot of influence on how you experience your life. I've traveled that long road myself and now I know that's how it works.

That long hard road wouldn't have been necessary if I'd known what I know now. And I now use it every day to just DO things instead of just thinking them. It's that simple.

And if we also keep moving well. For example, by doing a sport that makes you happy and happy and taking good care of ourselves, we can also live to be very old!
