Why this privacy statement?
We process your personal data for the benefit of our services. We attach great importance to your privacy and we will therefore handle this personal data confidentially and carefully. Personal data is processed in accordance with the legal provisions such as the Personal Data Protection Act, and as of 25 May 2018 the General Data Protection Regulation prescribes. In this privacy statement we would like to provide you with further information.
Applicability privacy statement
This privacy statement provides information about the processing of personal data by or on behalf of Maggie's Way and only applies to the use of personal data of its customers and visitors to the website.
This privacy statement does not apply to third-party websites, such as websites or apps to which Maggie's Way refers on its website and in its mailings. Maggie's Way advises to consult the privacy policies of these third parties on the relevant websites.
Identity Maggie's Way
Maggie's Way is responsible within the meaning of the Personal Data Protection Act and – with effect from 25 May 2018 – the General Data Protection Regulation. This privacy statement provides information about the collection and processing of personal data by or on behalf of Maggie's Way
Maggie's Way is registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 82395225. Maggie's Way has its registered office and principal place of business at 2243HL Wassenaar at the Waldeck Pyrmontlaan 23, and can be reached via the e-mail address info@maggiesway.nl .
How do we collect personal data?
Maggies Way may receive information from you in the following ways:

May share your personal data with companies affiliated with Maggie's Way, its clients, subcontractors (such as processors) who provide services or carry out assignments on our behalf, suppliers, government agencies and other business relations.

How long do we keep your data?
Maggie's Way does not store your data for longer than necessary for the execution of the agreements and in any case no longer than 1 year after the agreement has been terminated, unless this is necessary to comply with a statutory retention obligation.
What rights do you have?
You must ensure that Maggie's Way has the correct personal data. You can object in writing to the use of certain data by Maggie's Way, or request access to, correction and/or deletion of your (personal) data via the e-mail address info@maggiesway.nl. Any corrections communicated by you will be processed upon written request. Maggie's Way will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.
Complaints about the use of personal data can be addressed to Maggie's Way or the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
How do we protect your personal data?
Maggie's Way takes the protection of personal data very seriously and takes appropriate physical, administrative, organizational and technical measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification.
